Ciara White-Sparks is an entertainment junior publicist and former local news reporter. She is proud graduate of Hampton University. With over 13 years of pageant experience, Ciara has left her mark through volunteerism and public speaking. As an advocate for building confidence and self-esteem, she has dedicated her life to empowering young women through her confidence-building incentives.
