FBW the Movement is a transformative and immersive nonprofit organization that was created to build, empower, and uplift young women of color in the areas of: self-love, self-confidence, and early personal development skills.

THE MISSION
FBW the Movement is dedicated to providing informative and engaging workshops and professional development resources that help teach young women the necessary skills to remain fearlessly confident.
WHAT WE DO

PROGRAMS
The Princess Academy: teaches young girls ages 5-8 on how to act like a "princess," through self-esteem building activities
Annual Self-Care Share Night for Collegiate Students: ½ hour session that dives into the stigmas placed on mental health and self-care amongst women of color
The Fearlessly Me Scholarship: This is awarded to two female high school seniors who exemplify service, leadership, and walking fearlessly into their purpose. (Open to HBCU students only)
Seriously Flawed but Destined to be Great the Podcast: A media platform that helps young, black, Christian survive the hardships of adulthood and Christianity
WORKSHOPS
Confidence Shouldn’t be Confidential Workshop: An intense workshop for ages 16-18 that takes a deeper
look into practicing forms of self-confidence in everyday lifeBuilding Self-Worth 101: Back to the basics for anyone between the ages of 13-18
The Beyond the Crown Conference: This one-day immersive conference invites women in pageantry to connect with local young women and teaches them about the importance of being a "Queen" beyond their titles
